General terms and conditions of business
1. Care contract
1.1 By signing the care contract, the dog owner accepts the terms and conditions of the dog daycare center DOGGIE DAYCARE as binding.
1.2 DOGGIE DAYCARE guarantees species-appropriate daily care for your dog.
1.3 Dogs are cared for in groups. If a dog exhibits dangerous behavior, DOGGIE DAYCARE reserves the right to separate it.
1.4 Aggressive dogs may be muzzled.
1.5 In the event of any health or behavioral problems, the dog owner will be informed immediately. Contactability at all times must be ensured.
1.6 Any special needs of the dog (e.g. diet, medication) must be communicated in writing in advance.
1.7 The care of the dog is at the owner’s own risk, including with regard to injuries caused by other dogs.
1.8 Business liability insurance covers damages, but not the risks of group housing.
1.9 The dog owner is required to take out valid pet liability insurance and provide proof of this (e.g., an insurance policy or confirmation from the insurer) before the start of the care. Without this proof, the dog cannot be accepted into the care.
2. Care times
2.1 Care is provided Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Care is provided only on weekdays. Exceptions to this schedule require
a prior agreement.
3. Company premises
3.1 Entry to the company premises is permitted only up to the reception area. Further areas may only be entered upon instruction from staff.
3.2 Use of the parking spaces is at your own risk.
4. Veterinary costs

5. Care prices
5.1 The agreed care fee is to be paid in advance in cash. The current price list
can be found on the website.
5.2 If an appointment is missed without being cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, DOGGIE DAYCARE may charge the full price.
5.3 Additional services (e.g., extended care time, veterinary visits) are paid in cash upon collection.
6. Liability
6.1 DOGGIE DAYCARE is only liable for grossly negligent or intentional conduct.
7. Data protection

7.1 The dog owner consents to the processing of his personal data.
7.2 Photos or videos of the cared-for dog may be used by DOGGIE DAYCARE for marketing purposes; the dog owner waives any claims for compensation.
8. Place of jurisdiction
8.1 The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the dog daycare center.
9. Final provisions
9.1 The contract language is German.
9.2 Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
